I ship worldwide! Once your payment has been confirmed, I will carefully pack your order within 2-5 business days to ensure the safest transfer. Large artworks (80x80cm or larger) will be delivered rolled in a sturdy tube to ensure safe and more affordable transport for deliveries outside Finland. Upon receiving the artwork, handle it with care, and I recommend finding a local framer to re-stretch the piece. We can discuss shipping options before purchase.

Delivery to Finland: Shipments are sent via Matkahuolto. You can also choose to pick up your artwork for free from my studio in Vantaa, Nikinmäki.

International Shipments: Sent via UPS, DHL or PostNord.

Shipping fees:

Finland: 29€

International: Depends on a destination (starting from 89€)

Customer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Shipping Time:

Finland: 2-7 business days from the moment the shipment leaves my studio.

International: 1-3 weeks. The duration of your shipping depends on your destination country.

Pick-up Option
Customers in Finland are welcome to pick up their artwork directly from my studio in Vantaa. Please contact me: pauliina.purmonen@gmail.com to arrange a pick-up time.

PRINT PRODUCTS: (art prints, tote bags & -shirts)

All print products are made on demand while you place your order. When your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail notification with information about tracking. Double check that your e-mail and delivery address are correct!

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper with locations worldwide. Depending on your location, your orders are printed and shipped from the most efficient facility. Typically, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping times vary by location but generally take between 4–14 business days. Please note that these times are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Returns

We sincerely hope that you are 100% satisfied with your order but if something went wrong please let us know that we can make it right. We have a 14 days refund policy. Please contact us before making any returns. Please keep in mind that customer is responsible for all return costs and not collecting your order on time is not a reason for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received, same insurance and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues

All items are inspected and packaged with care to ensure your artwork is protected, however we cannot control the postal carrier’s process. If your order arrives in faulty or damaged condition, please email your issue, order number, images of the fault and a short description pauliina.purmonen@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Pauliina Purmonen is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service, and is not liable for any damage incurred after arrival. We appreciate your understanding!

Refund

We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return to confirm its condition. Once approved, the refund will be processed. Returns not pre-authorized won't be accepted. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund. If 15 business days pass after approval, contact us at pauliina.purmonen@gmail.com. Thank you for your understanding!
